Here are the Rules as follows... They are simple so lets not overcomplicate things okay... Thank you again for everyone's support, and lets see if we can't make this an ongoing thing!!Who's up for that? ;-) 

Business Raffle Outline

1. Purpose of the Raffle
   To engage customers, show appreciation, and promote our business while offering exciting prizes.
2. Organizer
   This raffle is organized by: Alamo Airguns of San Antonio

3. Key Dates

• Raffle Start Date: July 1^st
• Raffle End Date: July 31^st but we need a minimum of 500 entries.
• Raffle Extension (If 500 minimum entries aren’t met): August 31^st with 750 entries minimum
• Drawing Date: TBD… Either August 2^nd or September 2^nd
• Location of Drawing: Drawing will be held live on Instagram, winner will be called live.

4. How to Enter

• Make a store purchase of $100 to receive one entry into the raffle. Each $100 spent in the same visit will be another entry.
  
  

5. Prizes

• 1st Prize: FX PowerPup 30cal or 25cal, with Arrow Barrel kit, FX DonnyFL, and 1 tin of pellets. No High five, just handshake.
• 2nd Prize: $150 Gift Certificate and A high five!
• 3rd Prize: $75 Gift Certificate and A high five!
  
  

 Raffle Rules

1. Eligibility
• Open to customers aged [18+] residing in the lower 48 States
2. Entry Details
• One entry per qualifying $100 purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Valid Purchases are for New Products only! Not used consignment or repair services.  
• If a gift card is purchased, the raffle entries will be validated at the time of redeeming the gift card. Not at the time of gift card purchase.
3. Drawing Process
• All entries are assigned a number for each entry in succession from their date and time of purchase. Once the minimum number of entries has been made in the time allotted, Alamo Airguns will be using a number randomizing app to determine the winner. This will be conducted live on Alamo Airgun’s Instagram account.  
• Winners will be notified by phone call at the time of winning live on Instagram.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days, another winner will be selected.
4. Claiming Prizes
• Prizes must be claimed in person at 2424 Freedom Dr, or pay and arrange for delivery within 10 days.
• Valid ID may be required.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or store credit.
5. Publicity
• By entering, participants agree to allow Alamo Airguns to use their name and photo for promotional purposes.
6. Legal Compliance
• This raffle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Any taxes or fees on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. General Conditions
• Almo Airguns reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
